Initial consultation ( 1 hour) $250 to be paid upon booking- discuss your symptoms and health history + a comprehensive evaluation to determine the best treatment plan
Saliva testing (most specific for hormone testing) introductory price of $150 to be paid after consultation if you choose to move forward with treatment
Follow up visit to review your lab results and discuss medication + treatment options
Cost of follow up is $150, if you chose to move forward with treatment, this $150 will be included in the monthly membership fee or put towards the cost of your medications.
Membership options:
Option A: $350/ month (month to month)
Option B: $325/ month (with a 6-month commitment)
Option C: $300/ month (with a 12-month commitment)
Option D: Testosterone only $250 per vial (must have testing done prior)
Regardless of the option you choose, the following will be included:
Follow up visits- regular check ins to monitor your progress and adjust your treatment plan as needed + follow up labwork
Specialized hormone bloodwork (to follow up after medications started)
Medications specific to you and your symptoms
